Quality Control

Quality control systems are critically important in the data processing and mailing services that we provide.  Our systems have evolved over three decades in the industry.  Whenever we make a mistake, the first thing that we look at is the adequacy of the system that is in place. If we find that a gap exists, our quality control procedures are modified. 

The guiding principal that underlies our quality control system is that every step in our processing has at least two sets of eyes on it.  An employee should not be put in a position where no one else is checking their work to make sure that it is correct and of the highest quality.  For more details, please contact us at info@coloradodatamail.com.
