Colorado Data Mail offers the following direct-marketing services:

• Data Processing We use BCC’s industry-leading Mail Manager 2010 for our data processing software.  Our services include CASS certification (address standardization and Zip+4, delivery-point barcode, and carrier-route appending), duplicate elimination and merge-purge, National Change of Address (NCOA), and all levels of presorting.  We can directly import most data formats, with the exception of files that are already in a label format.

• Mailing Services We offer ink-jet addressing (Scitex and Kirk-Rudy ink-jets), online tabbing and live-stamp affixing (Kirk-Rudy tabbers),folding (Baum folders), inserting (Bell & Howell 6-station inserters), sorting for all types of postal discounts, hand-work, and delivering to postal acceptance units all over the country.

• Laser Printing We offer cut-sheet laser printing, simplex or duplex, on 8.5 x 11 or 8.5 x 14 sheet sizes.  We use HP and Kyocera printers.  This work includes personalized letters, membership renewal letters, donation forms, and statements to go into window or matching envelopes.

• Mailing Lists We broker all sorts of mailing lists, including compiled consumer lists (head-of-household by name, age, income, children present, home value, and more), business lists (type of business, employee size, sales volume, key contact by name, and more), new mover lists, “resident/occupant” list for saturation mailings, and more specialized lists such as lifestyle and hobby lists, magazine subscriber files, and donor databases.

• Print Brokerage We serve as print brokers, which means that we can match your individual needs with the best and most appropriate printers in the Denver area, and we can coordinate all aspects of production for you.
